Legal Ethics in Emergency Medicine will have the following curriculum:

1. Public Health and Medical Ethics in the pre-hospital units and in the emergency units – 8 courses, as follows:
– protocols and guidelines – 4 courses / 8 hours
– circuits and methods for patient individualization – 2 courses / 4 hours
– correspondents and telemedicine using – 2 courses / 4 hours
Mandatory examination

2. History of medical ethics – 4 courses
– sources of conduct in international medical ethics – 2 courses / 4 hours
– customs and particularities in medical conduct – 1 course / 2 hours
– old schools in education and medical conduct  – 1 course / 2 hours
Optional examination of your choice with the Authorship, reliability, privacy and generational differences – 6 courses / 12 hours

3. Communication Techniques in Medical Legislative Ethics – 10 courses
Ethics and Communication Aspects of Medicine and Media Relations
Organization and its institutionalization – 2 courses / 4 hours
Agents, which are states and groups – 2 courses / 4 hours
Management and one-way accountability – 2 courses / 4 hours
The status quo and strengthening of government and – 2 courses / 4 hours
Media, as the basic entities of the system – 2 courses / 4 hours
Mandatory examination in both exam sessions

4.  Medical ethics in cases of international calamity, disaster medicine, biological warfare, pandemic, structured in 8 courses, as follows:
Ethical Issues in  Planning and Response –  2 courses / 4 hours
Advanced planning , communication, and public – 2 courses / 4 hours
Ethical theories used in medicine and public health – 2 courses / 4 hours
Government-Institutional Resilience / legislative action – 2 courses / 4 hours
Compulsory examination in both sessions

5. Authorship, reliability, privacy and generation differences 2 courses / 4 hours

6. Management of medical errors in emergency medical reception units2 courses / 4 hours

7. Medical ethics and integrity / international case studies 2 courses / 4 hours
